Totally, it's a huge mistake for me to be wanting this phone so much. Sony Ericsson K850i. Can you imagine yesterday was the thrid time i sent this phone for repair when this is quite a new model in the market?

First Trip: Phone hangs, deleted ALL of my important appointments, auto off and on and there's nothing I can do about it plus this and that
What they did? Upgraded my software. Fine to that.

Second Trip: Same problem but worst. Screen turns bright red.
What they did? Change the motherboard. Whatever..

This Trip: I just got it back for 1 hour and the phone totally died. Thought it was the charger so I got my mom to go make an exchange. Who knows.. When it didn't work she brought it back. None of their chargers in the store worked too.

Guess what the lady said to my mom? "I don't know what you did to the phone, the motherboard was just changed. I don't know what you did at home. Nobody knows."
Like WHAT THE HELL!! It should be me saying I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOUR TECHNICIAN DID!

Seriously.. Now I believed that Sony Ericsson is this LOUSY. Not only the phone, but also the most basic; customer service.
