❤ Cher's Sandwiches ❤
How I envy my mom. She flew to Thailand together with my dad and his friends this early morning. The adults' trip~ Envy her not because she goes to Thailand but because she's taking a plane! You know what, I love to take an aeroplane. It's the best public transport I ever loved. Then comes the cab. I always get very excited when I'm boarding or wherever near the plane. Lucky mom!
I'm a good girl, today. I went to work without my mom sending me there (cause she's overseas). I made my own breakfast. Sandwiches for myself, Dd, Fel and Nana!
It's a waste that I was rushing and didn't take a picture of how delicious it looks like. However, for incase you've never seen a sandwich in your entire life, this is how it looks like.
Ingredients for My Special Sandwich that serves 3
6 Slices of Bread
3 Slices of Luncheon Meat
2 Slices of Chesse
3 Eggs
10 Button Mushrooms at least
Step 1: Pan-fry the Luncheon Meat till Golden Brown
Step 2: Stir-fry the Sliced Mushrooms
Step 3: Make 3 omelettes, each cut half
Step 4: Butter 2 slices of bread
Step 5: Place the Luncheon Meat on one
Step 6: Then the half omelette
Step 7: Here's where the chesse comes in play
Step 7: Generous spreading of Mushrooms
Step 8: Other half of omelette
Step 9: Cover them using the second slice of bread
Step 10: Cut it into two triangles
Step 11: Share and Eat it
